About Orthodontic Treatment

As you can see, most orthodontic appliances are made from plastic, metal, or ceramic materials. These appliances may be bonded to your teeth, or they may be removable depending on the particular device. The goal of these appliances is to gently and safely apply a small amount of pressure to move teeth to the desired position.

Casey Dental offers traditional braces, Damon Braces; an alternative to conventional braces, using a slide mechanism to hold teeth straightening wire and Invisalign the clear alternative to braces.

How Long Does it Take?

With regards to understanding how long it will take for your orthodontic treatment to be successful, there’s a few things to consider. For instance, these include age, the appliances in usage, and the severity of your particular case. Similarly, orthodontic treatments may be completed anywhere from 1 to 3 years, and the more dedicated you are has the direct effect as well. Early intervention with children will also help expedite the treatment process.

We look forward to discussing all of the orthodontic options we have available and how we can give you a new and beautiful smile. Contact Casey Dental today to schedule an appointment for a consultation.
